Is it possible to get all eBooks for free.
Okay so I want to get a kindle or a nook, but I don’t want to pay for every single book I read. How can you get free books and put them on the Nook/Kindle?
It is possible to choose to only read free ebooks. It is not possible to acquire for-purchase ebooks for free legally. Most for-purchase books are protected by DRM (Digital Rights Management) systems that are particular to the ereader. There are lots of places, however, which offer free, legal ebooks that will work on most ereaders. Sometimes it’s a single format that most support (EPUB, TXT, PDF, etc); sometimes multiple ebook formats are listed per book. The 14 sites listed here (Patricia Clark Memorial Library, ManyBooks, Project Gutenberg, Smashwords, Feedbooks, Baen, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Creative Commons Books, Google ebookstore, Internet Archive, Open Library, Sony Reader Store, and Kobo eBooks) have legal, free ebook downloads:http://www.howtodecide.com/ebook-downloa…Also, if you master a good conversion tool such as Calibre,http://calibre-ebook.com/you’ll gain access to more formats than just your ereader’s native ebook file formats. Calibre will not, however, overcome DRM of protected for-purchase books.I suggest that you’ll want to consider other factors besides the availability of free ebooks when making your decision on which ereader to buy. Free ebooks does not differentiate ebooks as other factors such as E Ink vs LCD, keyboard vs touch screen, WiFi vs 3G, etc.
How to go about getting free books for Google nexus.
I just got a nexus s7 as a gift and put music and movies and things on it, but I also wanted to get some books and possibly magazines for the recipient to read. I know magazines would be harder. What is the best option for this? Torrenting? Apps from Google play store? Would I need something to read different types…
Books out of copyright are legal. Books that the public library paid for ebook rights are legal. If the book is in copyright, the author has to AGREE to give it to you for free. Torrents is peer sharing which is not legal because the author hasn’t agreed. If the author agrees, it is on the creative commons website or a publisher website.

Free book downloadd…
I have a kindle fire HD, and I want to read or download a book for free but on amazon, you have to pay for it, I was wondering if anyone knew how of a way to get it for free whether it is online or a free download. Any websites would be good but for free
If the book is still protected by copyright then there is no way you are going to get it for free unless you go to your local library.Writers deserve to be paid for their work. Don’t try to steal from them because you don’t want to pay.
Do I really have to pay for information on how to get free grant money.
seems like no matter what search terms I use, the only information I can find on free grant money comes in some package that has to be purchased. why is it so hard to find this on the web? where should I look?
NO — you don’t have to pay for information on how to get grantsYou can go to the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) http://www.cfda.gov and Grants.gov http://www.grants.gov – these are two FREE sites created by the federal government to provide transparency and information on grants. Browse through the listings and see if you can find any grant that would support your purposes.Even if you buy books on “how to get grants” or list that supposedly has information on grants — all of them are mere rehash of what CFDA has, albeit packaged differently.Note though that these grants generally support non-profit organizations, intermediary lending institutions, and state and local governments. Most of the federal grants are given to specific target groups with specific requirements (e.g. minority business owners involved in transportation related contracts emanating from DOT – Grant#20.905 Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Short Term Lending Program. Individuals especially for personal purposes are not eligible for federal grants.Grants are also often given to non profit groups or organizations involved in training or other similar activities (grant 59.043 Women’s Business Ownership Assistance that are given to those who will create women’s business center that will train women entrepreneursThe government is NOT in the business of giving away free money for the sake of giving away money. There are no grants for paying bills, for getting out of debt or for buying a car. Grants are free, but it means OBLIGATION. You will be obligated to do as the grant sets out to do. Grants have objectives, and your purpose must fit the objective of the grant. For one, you have to write the grant application and the grant application is not a simple document – you have to explain how your purpose for applying for the grant fits well with the objectives set out by the grant. Grants have objectives, and the grant applications that best captures the grant’s objectives are approved. There is a stringent review process through a committee composed of federal employees and selected experts in the field. You will compete with other applicants for the grant money, and this grant review committee will evaluate the merits of each proposal. Only those that they feel exemplifies the objective of the grant will be approved.
How can I get my book publish for free.
how can I get my book publish this year for free?
Exactly what do you mean by published? You can get a story “published” on a website for free any day, just post it, but the chances of it getting read are slim.If you’re hoping to make it big time and get published by a notable company with your book sitting on the Barnes and Noble “new reads” shelf, you need a lot more time than a year because there’s no guarantees there and getting noticed, signed on, and published is a process. Not to mention it’s very difficult to do, especially without an agent. To get an agent you need to send them a query letter, which you can learn how to do just by googling it. If the agent decides to take you on, they’ll try to get your story in the hands of a publishing company, that’s their job. But if you do get published, they get a cut of what you make from the deal (usually something like 15%).You can send in your book to a publishing company by form of mail (in which case, you’ll have to pay postage) and it will end up in their “slosh” pile. That’s where they keep all the submissions from those who aren’t represented by agents. Every once in a while, they might pull something out and take a look, but it could be a very long while before yours is even touched. If you just want your book “published” as in something you can hold and show people in book form, you can order a book to be made from websites like cafepress.com

how to get paid to review books.
not as a full time job?
Okay, I”m not trying to be mean or anything, but think about this. Why would they pay YOU to review books when they can find book bloggers who will do it for free? Seriously. There are probably hundreds of book review blogs and some of them are well-known to publishers and publishers rely on them to read and review books on their blogs. In fact, publishers send them ARCs (advance reader copies) to read and review before the book is published. So, the best you can hope for if you want to review books is free books.I get a lot of ARCs myself, though I’m not a book reviewer.
